•Minimum opening order - $200; reorders $100.

•We reserve the right to increase or decrease quantities to meet our minimum case pack requirements.
•Couronne Company reserves the right to cancel any backorders remaining after sixty (60) days from the original shipping date.
•We reserve the right to cancel any orders or backorders without notification.

•Prices are F.O.B. Manor, Texas U.S.A.
•All prices are subject to change without notice.
•Items are billed at prices in effect at time of shipment.
•Custom molds available - pricing available upon request.

Lead Times
•Stock items are generally shipped within five (5) working days from receipt of order.
•Special orders are shipped, as stock is made available.

Payment Terms
•Opening orders must be Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or C.O.D. Cashiers check or money orders are required on C.O.D. orders.
•A C.O.D. tag will be attached to each box at a fee of current UPS rate.
•Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. Credit application with sufficient trade and bank references must be submitted for credit approval.
•Prepaid Orders: For all customers within the continental U.S., please include 30% of total order toward the shipping fees. Any overpayment will be refunded. No delivery will be made without adequate shipping and handling charges included.
•Past due invoices will be charged an interest at the rate of 2% per month on any unpaid balance.
•Customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees as well as interest at the rate of 2% per month on any unpaid balance.
•A $20 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
•Customer authorizes any/all charges associated with this order to be charged on their credit card.
•All customers are required by law to supply a state sales tax certificate.

Returns/Claims
•Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.
•UPS damage claims must be reported to the driver upon delivery. Claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
•Couronne Company will not accept freight/common carrier damage claims. All breakage claims are to be addressed directly to the carrier and damages must be reported to the driver upon delivery.
•No returns will be accepted without our return authorization (RA) number and must be returned with appropriate packing material.
•Any return shipped and received back to Couronne Company broken because of inadequate packing material will not be credited.
•Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred.
•Authorized returns will be in the form of credit memo only.

Shipping
•Standard shipping is UPS or best way. Special routing information must be specified at the time of order or we will ship at our own discretion.
•Customers categorized as a residential delivery will be subject to potential shipping charges as deemed by selected carrier.
•Special handling requests may be subject to an extra charge.

Disclaimers
•Our glassware is manufactured as hand blown, mouth blown, semiautomatic and automatic production. There may be some variation in color, size and finish as well as slight irregularities that include bubbles or stress marks within the mold. These are not considered flaws. Wrought iron products may rust over time.

Warranty and Safety Information
•All items sold on our Web pages or in our catalog accurately reflect their current standards and specifications. Each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use; therefore, unless otherwise stated in writing the seller makes no warranty that the goods depicted herein are fit for any particular purpose.  Corks provided with glassware are intended for decorative purposes only and the seller makes no warranty that the goods depicted herein are fit for any particular purpose.
•You should always TEST your product in the container you've selected prior to use.

Custom and Special Orders
•All custom/special orders must have an established ship date. Merchandise will be held as a courtesy for thirty (30) days. All orders that remain "inventoried" at a Couronne Company facility beyond the thirty-day period will be billed at $50 per month for each pallet that is stored. These rates are billed as a flat monthly fee with no allowances for prorated totals.

Customer Agreement
•By placing an order, the customer agrees to Couronne Company, Inc. terms and conditions.
