Terms of Samples Purchase:
- Sample purchases are limited to one unit per sku. If you have special circumstances for sample needs requiring more than one sample, please contact customer service.
- When samples are included with a standard product purchase, the available product samples will be shipped, and any unavailable samples will be canceled.
- If your order consists solely of samples and one of the products in your sample purchase is unavailable but expected to restock within 30 days, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship together. However, if the pending items restock timeline extends beyond 30 days, it will be removed from your sample order, and the remaining items will be promptly shipped. The canceled item can be reordered once it becomes available.
- Sample purchases are charged a per-item price as well as shipping. Samples are not eligible for returns.

Specs & Description
- Customers need to test the compatibility between the mister and the specific bottle they intend to use. Testing ensures the pump securely fits the bottle and operates effectively without any leakage or other issues.
- Each mister comes with a straw that can be easily trimmed to fit your bottle size. For optimal use, we recommend cutting the dip tube at a 45-degree angle, allowing for seamless dispensing.
- This product does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) or lead. It is Prop 65 compliant.
- Straw length can be customized to fit a specific bottle size with a minimimum order of 5k units. To learn more, please contact your Glassnow account manager to discuss available customizations.
- Accessories are specifically designed to fit our products and may not fit bottles from other manufacturers. It is the responsibility of the customer to test all items or closures for their specific use, as individual product requirements may vary.
