We offer an optional add-on that makes returns easier and helps protect your order in transit. When you add Free Returns + Package Protection to your order, you’ll get:

• Free return shipping: If you need to make a return, your return shipping label is covered (as long as your return follows our return policy and eligibility requirements).
• Package protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can submit a claim so we can help resolve it quickly.

How it works

1. Select the optional coverage in your cart/checkout.
2. If you need to return something, start your return using the instructions in our return flow—your label will be covered with the add-on.
3. If there’s a shipping issue (lost/stolen/damaged), submit a claim here and we’ll work with you on the next step.
