Terms of Samples Purchase:

• Sample purchases are limited to one unit per sku. If you have special circumstances for sample needs requiring more than one sample, please contact customer service. 
• When samples are included with a standard product purchase, the available product samples will be shipped, and any unavailable samples will be canceled.
• If your order consists solely of samples and one of the products in your sample purchase is unavailable but expected to restock within 30 days, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship together. However, if the pending items restock timeline extends beyond 30 days, it will be removed from your sample order, and the remaining items will be promptly shipped. The canceled item can be reordered once it becomes available.
• Sample purchases are charged a per-item price as well as shipping.  Samples are not eligible for returns.
